How does 1 day of depletion affect carb up?

Let's say for 1 week I only have time to do 2x 1hr sessions on my depletion days which, to me, would result in doing half the total depletion workout.

His weight on Day 5 was 174 lbs which is probably his weight without a possible bloat he had pre-diet.

That is still a 13 lb loss with an initial LBM of 155LBM at 11% body fat...
