The OR issue.

Hi everyone!

I'm going to start my second run of the rapid fat loss (cat 1) and I have a few questions.


In the book said:

Bench Press
or Incline DB Press 2-3 sets of 6-8 reps with 2-3' rest

Yestarday I did not have enough chicken to meet requirements of protein. If I take more protein than necessary, and take the 500 grams that should take two days ... Is there a problem? I imagine...
