You're "lucky" you don't have to put down over 1200g carbs. The first 6-7hrs are fun but it can get tedious/nauseous if you don't mix up your sources.

I weigh 220lbs, average 15k steps a day, lift 4 days a week and my maintenance is around 3300cals.

Depressingly low (for my weight) in my opinion but that's what an sedentary job does to you.

The normal thing to do with UD2 or any CKD into the final week is to extend the lowcarb phase and save the carb-load until Wed/Thu at the latest. This gives you Friday to drop any water.
