I wonder whatever happened to mrlakramondas. I learned almost as much from him on these boards as from Lyle.

I had a similar issue once with cable side raises...with 30 lbs I could do like 12 reps,...

Switching to hanging leg raises doesn't seem to bring on the spasms so I did those for a while.

But adding hanging leg raises to my...

Same bodyweight, same strength, not as lean

Every spring I diet for 6-8 weeks to get to around 10-12%bf (visual estimation). This has always coincided with my bodyweight hitting 180.

This year, I've hit 180 and I don't look as lean as I used...

TKD for mental workouts?

I'm currently cutting using a TKD -- carbs before I lift weights to improve workout quality. It's always worked great for me.

Would there be any reason to expect consuming carbs would be helpful...

I often stir vanilla protein powder into a bowl 0% Greek yogurt. Thickens it up into a very filling plaster-like consistency and the taste is KINDA like cheesecake.

Linear progression got me to around +70X5 last year, where I've been kinda stuck but also not terribly motivated to attempt more weight.

But your goal might inspire me to go for 100, in which case...

how's my DL form these days?

Hi everyone. Long time no post.

I'd be grateful for a form check.

Here's a short video of me DL'ing 355X2. (https://youtu.be/HkBWjC3gUUQ)

Unexpected OHP progress, why?

On Nov 7, I made unexpected apparent progress on my OHP. I'm trying to understand what happened, and how I might benefit from it going forward.

On Oct 30, I did:
