So I think I really may have hurt my back last month.

Early last month I over extended my back doing the press. During that time it was always sore and stuff. Now it still feels like if i had pressure applied on the spine and a tad bit of soreness....

one of my hams got tighter as well and loss a bit...

one of my hams got tighter as well and loss a bit of mobility after doing power lifting. In addition to stretching you can try using a foam roller.
