Hydration

My experience: When fully hydrated it coorelates well with calipers. When dehydrated from low carbing or hard workouts the readings are significantly higher than calipers.

I've read most of Lyle's books. IMHO flex diet is the base and UD2, RFL, and SFS are the more rigorous variants. Flex diet is what you should be doing most of the time.
