misunderstanding on depletion workout timing

so i've been doing the depletion lifts like this:

total 12 sets per body part, 15 reps each set

my lifts time usually to 55-60 seconds, but i've kept my rests at 45 seconds and 60 seconds after...

it means that i can't take creatine equally throughout friday because i won't have access to it because i'll be away from the house and will have no means of holding a container/cup to mix it in.
