Well long story short i need a root canal done asap so this week is going to have to be a wash. I went to the gym but the weights lifted me. too depressed, couldn't push through....

I'm right with you...it isn't hard for people who know what they are doing. The only hard part for me is restricting myself to one or two jack/diets on a saturday night vs. 6 or 7 out with friends....
