If you want to sprint I can't think of a better day to do it then on lower body days. IMO, trying to sprint on off days doesn't allow for recovery.

I do my conditioning on lower days, always.

I will assume you are talking about getting to unattainalbe levels of BF while keeping lean mass at the same...

The stim effect of EC for me lasts about a week, then it works great for controling hunger even w/o the stim effect. After about 4 weeks of use it makes me feel exhausted all day.
