Hi,

I posted a couple weeks back about my plan to cut, quite confused about how to go about it.
I've bulked from 120lbs to 160lbs. I'm around 16-17% body fat at a guess and I'd like to get to 10%...

If I understand it correctly, protein synthesis rises after the ingestion of 2-3g of luicine, and falls back down around 3 to 4 hours later.
