GOMAD is only suggested for teen males.. at least by Rippetoe. I'm 34. If I did GOMAD I'd GET FAT. My 18 year old brother can do it and doesn't gain anywhere NEAR the same amount of body fat.

He makes some pretty grandiose claims but I know he's well respected by top guys in the industry so who knows..
