Reason?

When I'm bulking, my PWO shake always makes me very hungry and I can't wait more then 1 hour to get my milk + cereals.

I'm pretty sure that the actual dose of "active" ingredients is much lower.

After all, CM and BA (even in bulk) are probably more expensive then leucine / dextrose or what makes 95% of the product.

We have breads / baguettes here which have around ~2g of fat per 100g and the ones...
