which form? hyperhidrosis can have either or both pereripheral and CNS causes.

If the hyperhidrosis you are concerned about is the side effect of Parkinson's disease then bromo should could decrease hyperhidrosis as it treats the symptoms of Parkinsons disease.

for any other form of it, I have no data to indicated that bromo is a treatment for, nor contraindicated for hyperhidrosis.

So the tl;dr answer : Dunno, maybe a decrease for a subset.
