Extreme Rapid Fat Loss and Sport
I have lost quite some weight over the last year (30 Pounds) and want to give ERFL a shot now, as I have an important event coming up next weekend and I am on holiday for the week.
Now my question is, being pretty active already (6 times weight lifting with light cardio for warm up and running for an hour with no problem), would it be an issue to substitute the 8 hours of walking with say 2 hours on a cross trainer in the morning and jogging for an hour in the evening? Calorie expanditure should be the same as 8 hours of walking, though there would probably be more stress on the body for the duration of the workout than there would be with Walking.
