Weight this morning: 64,6 (142,2lbs)
Okay so first day was pretty good, had good energy and wasn't hungry one bit. Took a 30 min nap around lunchtime but was very active apart from it (shopping and family)

Foods consumed:

Breakfast
2 egg whites, 2 slices ham
Cottage cheese, butterscotch flavor drops, Stevia (try it guys, tastes like heaven in a bowl!)
240 kcal, 43g protein, 10g carbs, 3g fat

lunch
Protein pancakes
139 kcal, 28g protein, 2g carbs, 2g fat

Dinner
chicken breast with mustard
131 kcal, 29g protein, 0g carbs, 2g fat

Total:
510 kcal, 100g protein, 11g carbs, 7g fat

Activity:
Two hours on cross trainer, half an hour of jogging, one and a half hours of fierce walking (1.600 kcal burnt, same as in 8 hrs walking)
