That is actually a good way to introduce LISS cardio into training which can have benefits.

In the article, exactly as stated- there are the cost benefit points to definitely enhanced recovery and reduced soreness at the cost of MAYBE blunting adaptive response.

I just do 10 mins LISS cycling after a workout.
