Do you ever go longer than 10 mins? If so, notice any difference?
I keep it to 10 minutes post-workout, because I hate indoors cardio. Since it's cold weather now, I also do 5-10 mins warm-up on bike before lifting weights.
But I often take a long walks about an hour post-workout. Doesn't seem to negatively impact me.
