For the cardio portion, 20 min 3x per week is the minimum but it mentions going beyond the minimum has additional benefits. Are the benefits significantly greater adding more time and is the benefit larger adding more days or just adding more time to the 3 days? At what point do the returns diminish? Is the relationship of duration to health linear for number of days? For length of session?
And lastly, if the benefits are fairly short lived which requires constant up keep, when does the benefit return to baseline? After one missed session or one missed week?
