Not saying you arenít, but it is a possibility. Nearly all people do underestimate, even registered dietitians.

1. Not enough muscle mass.
2. Given (1), unrealistic expectations for results.
OP has no business dieting to very low body fat, and will keep failing to achieve the results he dreams of until he loses his reluctance to bulk up a bit first
