I take 5-15g of maca powder every day and I can tell you there’s an obvious increase in libido.
I take vitamin D & zinc since 4 months omega 3 since 2 week and eat lots of fruits and vegetables
Past year I was eating very few of vegetables and fruits, and no suplementation at all but I was heavier and my libido was normal
