If you're going to the gym and busting your I need to read the rules post.I need to read the rules post.I need to read the rules post. with squats, pulls, lunges, whatever for the lower body, it doesn't make much sense to go back out the next day and sprint as hard as you can, especially a 400, which is probably the most demanding distance
When exactly do you plan on recovering if you're giving 100% effort every day? Just because it's not lifting weights doesn't mean it's not hard on your body.
