Day 4
Good morning!

132.5 lbs

-Egg whites, mushrooms, spinach, cheese
-Cottage cheese mixed with a bit of chocolate pp
-Chicken salad
-Red meat, califlower

Workout
-Squat 3X8X75
-RDL 3X8X115
-Lunges 1X10X45 1X10X55
-Calf raise 2X10X60
-Back extension 2X10X10
-Decline crunch
And 20 minutes stationary bike

So far so good
