Day 2

Weihgt: 132.5 lbs

-Egg whites, pepper, spinach
-Protein shake
-Chicken salad
-Cottage cheese and cucumber
-White fish, asparagus

AM Workout
Lat pulldown 3X8X75
Bench press 1X8X75, 2X8X85
Overhead press 2X10X20
Lying triceps extension 2X10X35
Biceps curl 2X10X20
20 min. cardio stationary bike

Last night, I had a major headache and I kept dreamind about buying fruits!For now, it is easier than I thought.
