Yesterday I had family in for dinner. We got BBQ and I stuck to the brisket; also had some extra coffee with cream and some random other things, all zero or low carb. I know the calorie count / nutrition value of everything but the brisket but it was the main meal so I probably only ate at a slight deficit yesterday, if that.
