I'd say you're either dosing too low or possibly underestimating your heart rate on this stuff.
Either way you shouldn't be running on Yohimbine. It's dangerous and the whole point of yohimbine is to burn stubborn fat. Running tilts the scales towards burning carbohydrate and muscle
