shows in rats, ketones can increase leptin sensitivity, but I wouldn't know if that works in people too.

shows Trigs cause leptin resistance.
shows C-RP blocks leptin, so probably explains why some people who are sensitive to wheat, for example, will lose weight and spontaneously eat less when they quit it (or going on some sort of paleoish diet)

So it's not the case that ketosis lowers appetite for anyone as all the gurus advocate...
I have more then enought protein, I might try to lower it to see if deeper ketosis will work better becouse even more then 1g per pound of protein doesn't seem to satisfy hunger.
Otherwise I will just suck it up I guess.
