One thing I have changed in the past month is eating little or no avocados. (It's hard for me to find avocados from California and Peru). Chilean ones are everywhere but they suck.
Instead, I am eating 4 teaspoons of flaxeed and 2 spoons of chia seeds everyday.
I also kept eating 1 oz of almonds and 1/2 oz of walnuts everyday.
I am finding it hard to poop. So I may add avocados back to my smoothies.
Right now, if I can't poop, I'll just eat 1 additional oz of almonds and flush it down with coffee.
