Individual Goals for 2018
Current height/weight: 6ft, 216lbs/ 98kg
-200kg low bar squat (recent lift from one month ago 162.5kgx4 repsx3)
-220kg deadlift (doing technique work learning sumo currently but raw strength is close to 200 kg)
-140kg bench press (currently 90kg pausedx5x5)
-attain and maintain lean physique (somewhere in the range of 203lbs/ 14st 7lbs/ 92kg @ 6ft) in a sort of a happy medium lean of 12-14% of so.
-get a new job with greater meaning.
