Hit my calorie target perfect today (at 1500) and I don't feel hungry at all. For dinner, I had 800 calories available so I spent it on a can of black beans, a cup of rice, 6 fish oil pills, and some shrimp. A lot of things I ate today contributed to my feeling full: apple, banana, 5 oz of chicken, can of black beans, shrimp, big salad - all nutrient dense, fiber, protein...
