Day 2: 188.0 lbs.
Did my first treadmill running this morning. What a great way to start the morning with a 30 minute jog and some caffeine. Anyhow it a cheap treadmill so it is a little loud but not enough to wake up my family in our small hollowed wall house so lucky me. Not sure how much calories this burns but I am keeping my calories the same at body weight x 8. This 30 minutes everyday will help create a small buffer when my calories are accidentally over-estimated by 100-200.
