Iam actually looking for book recommendations to widen/increase my knowledge in the nutrition & exercise "department"
I own most of Mr Lyle Mcdonald books and they're undoubtedly the best of their kind. They are the most scientific based, easy to understad, basic books in their topics.
But iam looking for books that will go more indepth and help me understand the biology/chemistry behind most things health/bodycomposition related.
Every recommendation is much apprecaited.
