Would it be detrimental to move both workouts to a later time during the day? A setup like this might be optimal for my schedule:
15-16 Heavy wo at a gym
21-- Light wo in a garage with a barbell and dumbells.
I like training fasted with stims and I tend to eat 2 big meals for a total of ~3000 kcal on training days, which should be more than sufficient. So this way both of my meals would be post-workout meals. Do you think it's less than optimal to train so late? Or does it not matter?
