Weight: 81.2kg still (I'll weigh at the gym when I go) not an issue. I expect some movement Sunday but daily fluctuations are standard.
Waist: didn't get it this morning. Will measure tomorrow.
Decent progression, added 5kg to flat bench. Held weight on lat pulls. Added 5kg to first set of rows and completed at lower weight. Legs and tris were introduced over psmf so no measurable progress
There's a lingering tiredness coming on and I had a few doubts before dinner that I could do this. But all is good now and only 19 days left!
