Gym session: just done 10k steps today. I'm breaking from heavy cardio on this psmf as Lyle reccomends
Breakfast: shake with soluble fibre, milk 250ml and whey 30g
Lunch: chicken salad
Dinner: chicken salad with cottage cheese life
Keto flu has kicked in just as expected and right on time after work. I am knackered. Really really tired, can't think straight. Not a bad thing when you can't drink. I'm living in a hostel in wellington and backpacking so booze is freely available in the bar downstairs but I'm hanging out and chatting. Early night and a bit of sight seeing tomorrow I think.
