Is it possible to have good insulin sensitivity and over secrete insulin? I've been doing keto mixed with stints of rfl since may 25th and have dropped from 253 to 190 so I know low carb works for me when dieting. But I did a less extreme diet four years ago with a trainer that had me just 500cal below maintenence, a little below 3kcals a day with a ratio of 35% carb, 55% protein, 10% fat, and while I would feel a little tired right after a meal, the rest of the time I was full of energy, and my workouts were insane. I felt awesome in the gym. But then again, maybe I'd feel the same on keto if I ate the same amount of cals instead of the massive deficit I'm currently at(1500cal vs. 500cal)
