Hi every one,
I did Calves specialization during last bulk (5x5 + 3x8-10 as mentionned by Lyle and respecting thé tempo) as I am now cutting I was wondering how much reps would be minimal to keep muscle mass ?

3x5 + 2x8-10 @ Same intensity should be enough ? Or would it be too little reps ?
