Worth to use in order
Whey,casein protein,
Maltodextrin, Dextrose
Creatine
ALA
Multivitamin-Mineral
L-glutamine
BCAAs
Green Tea Extract
Caffeine +others pre workout boost

and of course Ephedrine although it should be First on the list.


Yes there are others to use but not really worth it.

And about the 2grams I would say No, I think (99% sure) there are no studies etc to indicate that 2gr protein per pound would have any additional benefit.
