I'm really glad that this topic came up.

I've been performing upright rows using weight plates. I love the free-flowing movement and it's way easier on my wrists than a bar.



Like Lyle's article states, I only come up to the point where my upper arms are parallel with the ground.

Now if I could only find a way not to make a funny face while doing this exercise I would be even happier
