Just to name a couple of goals.
  • Decrease body fat to <15% or until my abs show.
  • Increase my squat(220lbs/1rm) and bench(225lbs/1rm).
  • Develop a long term diet I'll enjoy and stick to.
  • Study and pass the CCENT certification exam for my major.
  • Be more social.
