January 3- 185 pounds (first weigh in; begin diet)
January 10- 180.2 pounds
January 17- 178.6 pounds
January 24- 179.8 pounds
January 31- 177.8 pounds
February 7- 177.29 pounds
February 14- 177.29 pounds.


No kidding after a 7 day rolling average I landed on the same exact weight....this was after I dropped to 1800 calories per day from 2000 calories. Doesn't make sense I didn't drop weight but I'm gonna stick with 1800 calories again. I think I'm just retaining water. Mid 170s has historically been a problem area for me.

Anyhow Carb up today.
