Default Estrogen's effects on stubborn fat

An excerpt from SFS

"Which is fundamentally why blocking estrogen doesnít fix the lower body fat problem. Lower body fat cells act a certain way whether estrogen is present or not, thatís how they are genetically wired to act. The same goes for abdominal fat. Regardless of the personís testosterone levels, they are wired to be a certain way. Now itís time to learn what that wiring is and what makes stubborn fat cells stubborn."

"Estrogen controls lipolysis by up-regulating alpha2A-adrenergic receptors directly in human adipose tissue through the estrogen receptor alpha. "

The above study seems to say that estrogen upregulates alpha2 receptors and keeping in mind that stubborn fat usually has more alpha 2 receptors, do you think it's wise to keep estrogen on check ? even trying to minimize it during diet(targeting stubborn fat )?

Thanks !
