Exclamation How much protein when I can't lift for awhile?

I'm going to be laid up for a bit, unable to lift. How much protein should I take to minimize muscle loss? What's a sufficient amount for a month downtime?

I ask because I can't really exercise or even move around much, so I'd like to cut down all my food intake. Lying in bed I like this I tend to get fat, naturally.
