Just eat starches. Even with tag along protein from wheat I'm usually not over by much. When you start adding meat, cheese, yogurt, eggs , milk then I puts you way over. And really it doesn't matter. Consider addressing it when you get to a point that you have it down so well that you have nothing else to think about in terms of optimization
