My diet was simple:
eating at maintenance 4-5 day a week
and 2-3 day of deficit (tuesday and wednesday typically, because this day I'm busy ) at 1000-1200 calories (I already do 800, even 600 calories on day when I wasn't busy and I was not particularly hungry)
