8 weeks after RFL
Deficits - I am eating 1500 calories-ish. 30g fat, 100g carb, protein.
Workout - Stubborn Fat Solution 2.0. 3x a week + 15min light weights at the gym.
Jogging 5 miles - 1 to 2 times a week
Weight is about the same. But my bicep veins are popping out. First time ever in my life.
So I feel like I am getting leaner.
