Chewing gum containing nicotine can increase the metabolic rate in a dose-dependent manner (3.7-4.9% with 1-2mg nicotine) when measured for the 180 minutes following 20
minutes of chewing.

Caffeine and Nicotine appear to have benefits together towards fat loss (due to additively being thermogenic, and synergistically suppressing appetite)

The Bad:

A decrease in penile girth in the flaccid state is noted, which is thought to be secondary to reduced blood flow

An acute suppression of growth hormone has been noted with nicotine to a small degree

Both nicotine and its metabolite cotinine appear to appear to negatively influence testicular structure and circulating testosterone levels
Indeed. There was a concern that nicotine increases risks of Parkinsons but upon further digging I gleaned it was mostly a risk from smoking, not nicotine itself. As for The Bad, I'm a grower not a shower, so tis' all good
