Down to 204.6 today, ab fat is receding feels like skin mostly. I think another lb maybe two and I'll be ready for maintenance before starting a massing phase. I dig my ULxUxLx split gonna stick with it for that as well. Also I underestimated my maintenance I think, its probably closer to 3400ish than 3200ish based on bw vs cals trends on my tracking spreadsheet. Taking it slow for the last couple %s is ideal, other than some sleep issues I feel pretty good, still making progress on weights.
