Had a nice free meal yesterday, a yummy thai beef stir fry and woke up almost a good 2 lbs lighter and .25" waist gone. So I hit my goal of 31", at 200.8 today. I'm gonna add about 200 cals a day to my 4 lifting days this week (gatorade) and see where I stand Saturday. Been really flat for a good week and a half at least, despite eating 300g carbs daily average
