Great articles. I have read a few books on habit and believe that habit forming might have something to do with limited success on diets. Have you thought about this? Someone eats unhealthy foods and forms a habit of eating those foods in excess then during the diet the habit goes dormant but when they start eating their old ways again, even temporarily, the old habits get reignited and they gain the weight back?
