Water recommendations in the online calculator
It has been brought to my attention that there is some confusion regarding water intake reflected in the online calculator.
The calculator has been recommending 1-2 liters of water per day as an absolute but this should be considered a minimum, not a maximum recommendation.
Rapid fat loss dieters should drink to sufficient hydration regardless of what that means for you. A general rule of thumb is that you should have 5 clear urinations per day, with at least two following training.
The calculator has been changed to reflect this, I apologize for any confusion.
